Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the plumbing services provided by National
Plumbing Tradespeople, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By requesting our services, the
customer ("you," "your," or "Customer") agrees to be bound by this Agreement. Please read it
carefully before engaging our services.
2. Services Offered
We provide residential and commercial plumbing services, including but not limited to:
- Drain cleaning
- Residential plumbing service
- Main line repair and replacement
- Water heater installation and maintenance
- Commercial plumbing
- Garbage disposal installation and repair
- Renovation and new construction plumbing
All services are performed by licensed and qualified technicians in accordance with local codes and
industry standards.
3. Appointments and Scheduling
- Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our website.
- We will provide a service window for arrival and do our best to arrive on time.
- Customers must ensure clear and safe access to the work area at the scheduled time.
- If an appointment is missed without prior notice, a $100.00 service call fee will be charged.
- There is no charge for cancellations with proper notice.
4. Estimates and Pricing
- We offer free estimates for all services.
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- A 50% deposit is required on all accepted quotes before work begins.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job.
- Quotes are based on the information available at the time. Additional costs may arise due to
unforeseen conditions.
5. Payment Terms
- Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
- Final payment is due immediately upon job completion unless alternate terms are agreed upon in
writing.
- Failure to pay within the agreed terms may result in interest charges or collection actions.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
- We offer a 30-day warranty on labor and a 1-year warranty on parts, starting from the date of
service completion.
- Drain cleaning services are not covered under any warranty.
- Warranty claims are valid only if the issue results directly from the work we performed.
- The warranty is void if any third party alters or tampers with our work.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide clear access to the work area.
- Inform us in advance of any structural concerns, hazardous materials, or other conditions that may
affect the work.
- Ensure pets and valuables are safely secured.
- Secure any necessary permissions or permits when required (e.g., from property managers or
municipalities).
8. Limitation of Liability
- National Plumbing Tradespeople, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages.
- Liability is strictly limited to the cost of services rendered.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damages caused by conditions beyond our
control (e.g., old or deteriorated pipes).
9. Emergency Services
We do not offer emergency plumbing services at this time. Services are available by appointment
during our standard business hours.
10. Termination of Service
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if:
- Unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present.
- The Customer is abusive or uncooperative.
- Payment obligations are not met.
11. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Customer information is used solely for service
delivery, scheduling, billing, and internal communications. We do not sell or share your personal
information with third parties, except as required by law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our
website at https://nptp.pro and will take effect upon posting.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law
principles.
